Doublo Gold works with thermal energy. It has the ability to focus ultrasound energy deeper into the Superficial Muscular Aponeurotic System (SMAS). This creates multiple thermocoagulation, which aims to cause contraction of the skin tissues. The result of this process is tightening, restoring firmness and a visible lifting effect, which depending on the case, can be very impressive.
HIFU is not applied to the eyes, but it can help reduce excess skin on the eyelids. This effect is achieved precisely because ultrasound lifts the eyebrow area and “opens” the eyes.
