Lip Lift
The aim of this particular procedure is to correct the shape of the lips, especially the upper lip. Over time, the lips lose their youthful appearance and appear to shrink. The procedure restores the proportions that youthful lips typically have, or creates them from scratch.

Over time, the red part of the lips shrinks, loses tone, firmness, and even shape, while the white part seems to expand, increasing the distance between the lips and the nose.
This specific condition is not corrected by injectable treatments.
Good candidates are men and women who have a long distance from the base of the nose to the contour of the upper lip. Also, people with drooping of the lateral parts of the upper lip and/or the corners of the lip, as well as asymmetries or volume deficits in the upper lip.
It lasts about an hour, is usually performed under local anesthesia and does not require admission to the hospital.
There is a normal swelling that completely subsides within two weeks. For a few days you should avoid hot foods and drinks, as well as intense chewing. The general recommendation is to avoid intense activity (e.g. gym) for at least a month. You will be able to return to work and your normal activities about a week after the surgery.
